Sorry if this seems like a "huh" question but:

Is it ok that I signed the date in this format

03-21-13 ?

Does not matter.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

use american dates,

MM-DD-YYYY or

MM/DD/YYYY

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

If I were you, if possible, i'll make him/her send it back again correctly filled. A RFE can delay your NOA2 for a month, you might want to have anything in order before filing.

My 2 Cents.

No need to send it back, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. It will not cause an RFE because the information is still very clear.

You can fill out the G-325A form for your husband and sign it as well, trust me I know so because I was having a problem on how to get my fiancée form here all the way from Nigeria. So I called USCIS customer service and the representative that pick up told me that I can fill the form for her but I should put my own on signature on it and I did not receive a RFE on it. I will also suggest that you right date in full for example: 03/27/2013 or 03-27-2013

He put his signature himself and I'm merely filling it out myself, which I understand is accepted.

However, he dated it in another format not using the full year: 03-21-13

This is what I am concerned about.

I can't assure you that the date format will not result in an FRE, but if you are so concern about that then best thing is to fill out again form him and sign it yourself to prevent any FRE since it is accepted to so. Take care
