All of my proofs for ongoing relationship are in french, from skype logs, e-mails, letters etc. Will these need to be translated to english? has anyone had any experience turning them in in another language and getting away with it? Please help!!!

It's okay! I have them all in Arabic as well. They will not make any comment on it. If you are sending it with the I-130 packet, I would recommend putting a sticky note on it saying "proof of ongoing relationship" or something. If you are taking it to the interview, It should be fine since French is an official language in Algeria.
