i-684 joint sponsor can count as total household income?

so...just trying to fill out the i-684 the best I can, the petitioner (my husband) is unemployed and has been for a while so we only have one 1040EZ from 2011 to send. His annual income right now is $0-$100. So we have his mom as a joint sponsor as she exceeds the poverty guideline. (she's filled out a septate i-684 with supporting documents).

Just wondering shall we count her in our household and add together her annual income to his? or as she lives else where has to be counted as separate? The petitioner has no assets either

thanks so much!

She isn't part of your house hold, it would be just her, the intending immigrant and anyone else in her house hold ( husband etc )

Hope your filling out the I-864 form for USCIS affidavit of support and not the I-684 Interstate High Way.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

yes the affidavit of support!

me and my husband live together in one place and the joint sponsor lives with her husband, so I the intending immigrant should be part of my unemployed spouse household or the joint sponsor household? sorry this all very confusing!

Now I'm confused too haha.

Ok so..

House 1

You and your husband

( he files 864 form as he is the primary sponsor and your house hold size is 2 for the income bracket )

House 2

His mom, his dad, "intending immigrant" who I think is yourself correct?

( his mom files joint 864 and she is house hold size 3 for the income bracket )
