so far this what i included in his AOS pocket:

I-485

• Check for $1070

• Copy of passport biological page

• visa from passport

• I-94 front back

• and entry stamps

• marriage certificate

• birth certificate

• passport photo (2) (write A# on the back using pencil)

• completed I-693A vaccination supplement by a certified USCIS surgeon

• Income tax return 3yrs

• W2

• Paystubs

• Childsupport order/stubs

• G-325A

• NOA2

• Letter from the employer

• Vaccine forms (ds-3025)

I-765 Work Permit

• copy of assport (biographical page)

• copy of visa

• passport photo (2)

• copy of I-94 (front and back)

• copy of marriage certificate

I-131 Travel Documents

• Passport photo (2)

has anyone experience not sending any necessary documents for I-131 and never had any problem/s?

OR maybe i should send the I-131 form with the supporting documents? anyone?

I would just leave it for now. Only send them if you get an RFE for them.
