My fiance got the hard copy of the NOA2 last week and I sent an email to NVC to inform them of change of address

However got a warning email to say NVC had not received but not to resend

Any advice?

I have changed country.

Your profile says UK and your file is probably already on the way to London. Are you saying you need to process at a different consulate in another country?

You or your fiancé might want to call the Dept of State and see if they can tell you where your file is and what you should do.

Or call the NVC and speak to a person--

NVC 603-334-0700 Press 1 for English, 5 to talk to someone

Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM (EST). Best time to call is 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM to 12:00 PM.
