Hi VJ!!

about the documents to be presented during my son's CRBA and Passport Application... i just would like to ask that my money grams receipts will be used for my K1 interview.. and i read from this forum that it could be used also to prove that my Fiance is really supporting me and my son. My question is, is it okay to submit photocopied copies of my money grams receipts for the CRBA nad Passport Application?

Sure can but it's not much if any of a decision maker. I would focus on the relationship with the child/applicant and the claimed U.S. citizen parent, that must be established above all other secondary doc.

EDIT: Biological relationship.

just to be on the safe side. YEs you can photocopy and have it as ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE. usually they wont take the original of those type of evidence.i did bring mine during the interview for CRBA. they did not ask for it.

Apart from this you should have strong evidence that you and your partner were together around the time the baby was conceived and have a legit relationship. they are more focus on that.
