NO. You need to sign the original.

Thank you guys for such a great help. FOR FUTURE REFERENCE FOR THOSE WHO WILL FILE THIS FORM , ACCORDING TO OUR VJ'S MEMBERS and also by USCIS confirmed that whoever fill out the form will sign his own form. so G-325A beneficiary & petitioner will sign their own forms.

Have a great day to all.

My Journey:

March 29, 2013 :PD Dec-20, 2013 USCIS approval date July 28. 2015 (F) (F) (F)Interview Date APPROVED.

My husband now is completing the forms to file. Form I-130 and G-325A.

My question is and please reply as soon as you can.

G-325A of the beneficiary which me. Do i need to sign the G-325A. I have been reading topics about this here but no definite answer found. So if you have experiences or any answer verified to the USCIS pls do help us.

I made this mistake in our petition. We live together. I interpreted info on the USCIS guide that he (my USC husband) should sign both G-325A forms. And that's what we did. I was so afraid to get an RFE.

We didn't get an RFE and our petition was approved 47 days from NOA1. There can only be two reasons... Either the mistake is not that significant or that we provided more than enough evidence of our relationship and of my identity. You can take the risk, but if it is possible for you to fill in a form, sign it and express or overnight mail it to your spouse, I suggest you do so. :)
