My husband now is completing the forms to file. Form I-130 and G-325A.

My question is and please reply as soon as you can.

G-325A of the beneficiary which me. Do i need to sign the G-325A. I have been reading topics about this here but no definite answer found. So if you have experiences or any answer verified to the USCIS pls do help us.

Yes, you need to sign the original.

If i(beneficiary) need to sign he will not mail it then yet. I will fill it up and send by courier then. Am i right? coz i am here in Canada.

You fill it out, sign it and send it to him.

Absolutely not.

You already have your answer, why do you need more "enlightenment"?

The beneficiary should sign their G325a. No you can't make a note that they'll sign it at the interview. Just get the Canadian to fill out the form and mail it to the USC petitioner. You also need a 30 day old or less passport style photo of the beneficiary so they might as well be sent together.

London Drugs does the 2x2" US style passport photos btw. I paid $12.50 for two.

He has my photo and i overlooked this form to include as well when i sent it last week.

Send it again. Thankfully a letter is only $1.10.

I know it sucks but it's best to make sure he has an original signed G325a.

I sent it by fed ex with the CRBA certificate and passport of our daughter so it was quite expensive. And i will do it the same way so he can have it right away , takes a day or 2.
