I was watching the forum and I did notice that Vermont is not approving nobody theses days. Is the weather and there or something? Also on USCIS the processing times are not updated yet, that's wierd lol.

They were approving petitions these days. Take a look at here http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=1&visa=1&scenter=2&option=1&sortby=2. This is just only for VJ members and remember, VJ is only a small fraction of all the petitions going to VCS or CSC.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Well the did spurt and now haven't really approved in few days, hope that passes soon.

21.07.2012 - NOA1
01.04.2013 - NOA2 (254 Days)

NVC:
19.04.2013 - Case # ,INN #
19.04.2013 - DS-3032 Sent

30.04.2013 - AOS Paid

01.05.2013 - DS-3032 Accepted

03.05.2013 - IV Paid
06.05.2013 - IV & AOS Appears as PAID
10.05.2013 - NVC AOS Received
14.05.2013 - NVC IV Received (Stuck in customs for 10 days sad.png )

18.06.2013 - Requested expedite due to NVC error

25.06.2013 - Expedite granted

02.07.2013 - Interview Assigned

Post-NVC:
18.06.2013 - Medical
23.07.2013 - Interview, approved! (368 days from NOA1)
