K1 VSC - USCIS Site - Case not found yet

It has been 129 days since our NOA1 date and our case number is STILL not available to view our case via the USCIS site. Anyone else have the same issue? I have called customer service multiples times and they give the same scripted answer each time. They assure me that the VSC has our file, but neither the tier I representatives or myself can view the file. We just want peace of mind knowing it is in the "pile" of applications.

Patience is definitely required throughout this process.

Did you get a hard copy of the NOA1?

We did receive the NOA1 in the mail. In addition, they have sent two letters responding to my inquiry. They aknowledge our case, but they have not yet added it to their online system due to "a glitch in their system".

Thank you for the reply! -Adam & Dana

Have you spoken to tier2 rep? In my expierence, some case numbers are added 2 days after NOA1, some 200 days. Bottom line is, the USCIS site is basically useless. If a tier 2 says they have it, they have it. I went through the same thing, 4 months after NOA1 my case was finally added to the system.

Another example, Gary&Alla- regular poster here... I believe she's going through naturalization, her 129-f states "pending" 4 years later. So, there is no rhyme or reason, USCIS is like no other! Good luck and god speed!

I have spent countless hours on hold for a T2 Officer. They always assure me that they can access our case and even confirm pertinent details. We just want that comfort level of viewing our case progress online. Thank you for the reply. -Adam & Dana
