Hi everyone,

We just received our NOA from Montreal today. Clear instructions and the DS-230, etc. Now we have new questions. You all have mentioned MTL is quite picky about one using their forms, got that. Do I fax, courier, or what the DS-230? Thought Express Post would be the best option.

Also, I've heard in the forums that one has to provide a copy of passport bio-page? Am I right?

They also request certified translations of certain official documents (which in my case are in Spanish). Now, when we submitted I-130 in Calgary, we had translations with the legend of the translator saying she is fluent in both languages, but they were not notarized, and Calgary didn't say a thing. The instructions say that all doc's must be translated by a "certified translator" and signed in front of notary public. ####### is this about????? So we need to get them translated again??

It also says that I-864 needs to be notarized... I thought this was no longer the case.... wisdom anyone????

Thanks so much!!!!

L&B, happy but cold (frikkinnn friiizzziiin).
