Anyone please reply...sent of AOS recently and had a response for I-1145 ACCEPTANCE

03/14/13 - Sent AOS for K1 VISA

03/15/13 - UPS tracking delivered at Chicago Lockbox 08.05am at reception

03/20/13 - still no response from I-1145 acceptance

Sounds normal, they do not always use those forms. They never used mine through the whole process, you just have to wait to get your NOA 1 in the mail and then log on USCIS and put your case number in your portfolio and ask for updates via email and text on that.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

Hi everyone I received my emeil/text notification for my I-1145 on the 21st March 2013... can you believe it at 2am in the morning :dance:
