Hi every one,

I got two 221(g) sheets on my interview day on 16/12/2011 one to submit documents for me and my husband.and another one to submit court order regarding custody of my daughter.after that i had filed one case in the court to get guardianship document and fought for it for one year and 3 months and i got guardianship declaration as single party my ex- husband dint come in the court in the whole process he even dint come in our divorce case.

In the guardianship document every thing is mentioned that the embassy has asked this document to take my child to u.s.a

that's why the petitioner has filed this case.

I had submitted rest all documents on 13/12/2012 mentioned in 221g sheets except of guardianship documents coz the court case was going on and now i got the document, our both cases Cr1 and Cr2 are on AP process from past three months.

I want to know will this guardianship declaration be enough?or the embassy will demand to get permission from the court take my child to U.S.A. or will ask to get written consent from my ex-husband .pls advice me i am fighting for my daughter and cannot leave her alone and go with out her.

write a cover letter, detailing the new guardianship documents, and include 2 photocopies of this guardianship document (showing original only at the interview) , submit to the 221g response address via trackable delivery.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I have already sent the copy of guardianship to the embassy with 221g sheet and tracked the status it shows already delivered to embassy.

I am confused even having this declaration do i need permission to take my daughter to U.S.A. from my ex-husband or a another court order regarding the permission to take the child to America?pls advise

you submitted a first round of stuff into the IV unit, then they asked you for something else.

you have now gotten something else, and have submitted it into the IV unit.

You really should contact the IV unit and ask for status.
