well, the rape in question can't possibly result in pregnancy so maybe it isn't rape.

Great point. You are smarter than I suspected.

If that is a reference to the disproportionate number of male-on-male rape victims in prisons being black or brown, shame on you. Racism has no place on VJ.

that is clearly a white ####### baby. pot stirrer.

if a man lands himself in prison, he's asking for it.

What if he suffered a miscarriage of justice, does he still deserve to be raped? Sorry, I just don't believe that just because somebody goes to prison, they are somehow less deserving of protection from being violated. In my humble opinion prison is supposed to be about rehabilitation and not only abut punishment.

lol@"cooth"

I read it as "cooch" and I thought: hang on, some of us have cooches.

It also reminds me of a story my BF told me about his friend back home. She worked at the Macy's perfume counter in Memphis. One day, a rather "country"* gentleman came in, looking for a bottle of perfume for his girlfriend.

He asked the friend, "Do ya have any of that juicy cooter?"

The girl was stunned. "Excuse me?"

"Juicy cooter! Like the clothes!"

The penny dropped. She replied, "Ohhhh, you mean 'Juicy Couture."

"Yeah! Juicy Cooter!"

*He called the guy a redneck, but that's rather uncouth.

yes, he deserves to be raped because he should have afforded a better lawyer.

all sarcasm aside - the us prison system likes to say it is all about rehabilitation, in reality it is anything but. especially as more and more us prisons are for profit.
