Hello members, i had called uscis yesterday and i have spoken to a IO about not receiving my appointment letter for the 1-751 fingerprints. The IO had told me that it will take about a another month before that my wife will received her appointment letter for her 1-751 fingerprints. they had asked my wife alot of questions over the phone which my wife couldn't understand the questions. my wife gave the IO permission for them to talk to me. anyway, IO told me that the ASC has no appointments open at this time and it will take another month. it looks like we will have to wait until the appointment letter comes. VSC is so far behind and the ASC in philadelphia is alot behind. i wish all the vj members good luck on their ROC.

Well that sucks for me coz I'm in the Philly office too. When did you apply?

My Journey:

We met through a study-abroad program in Shanghai, China in August of 2009

We got engaged March of 2010

I received my K1 VISA in 6 months (June-December 2010)

We were married 04/02/2011
I received my conditional 2-year greencard (AOS) in 2.5 months with no interview (April-June 2011)

Our son was born 02/03/2013

I received my masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology 04/17/2013

I received my 10-year greencard (ROC) in 3 months with no interview (March-June 2013)

My husband returned from deployment 06/20/2013

My naturalization journey took 4 months (April-August 2014)

I became a US citizen on 08/01/2014

Received passport in 3 weeks (regular processing)

Thank you, VJ! smile.png

I have the same problem, I filed on January 30 and I received my extension letter but no my appointment for fingerprints. I called USCIS around 4 times headbonk.gif and made a complaint. they sent me a letter saying they do not have an appointment date for me. The last call was yesterday and they said that I need to wait around 1 month more for any notice.
