Hello everyone, I just received an email from USCIS that says

On March 19, 2013, your alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at u s cis. gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance. Does anyone know if this is good news? Does it mean my case is moving forward? Thanks.

I'm sure if you searched this on VJ you will see a lot of threads about this.

A lot of K-1 petitioners have received this update lately. It simply means the beneficiary has been assigned A#; some have receievd that update and they're still waiting for approval, while others get approved a little while after getting such update.

Iron Sharpen Iron!
