Why don't you show me where Jesus has said that in order to achieve eternal life one may not be homosexual. So why would those claiming to be followers of Christ be hating on homosexuals when the very Christ they claim to follow would not ever support but rather condemn that hatred?

Yeah I thought the Billy Graham comment was a bit much - the press making news.

I was not able to find any quotes in the new testament directly against homosexuals or the act - just general remarks about deviant sexual acts.. that would certainly be open to interpretation

There are a number, dealing with the act but also acting "effeminate" (like a woman) is contrary to the nature of a man and also itemized clearly as unacceptable.

NOt to sound trite but SAlvation is a free pass to those who turn away from sin.

I don't know anyone that has committed Adultery who claims what they did was not sin.

but that people deny it even is sin.
