Hello all,

long story short, we had our appointment 2/15 for CRBA. I USC citizen was not able to attend the interview. My fiancee attended and was asked to produce a document showing she was in the Philippines during the time of conception. The CO kept all the paperwork. She went to the immigration office and produced a document showing her travel dates and mailed it to the address provided the following business day. It has now been one month and we have not heard anything. Is there a number we can call for a status on our application? they did not provide a case number or anything to refer to. Just getting concerned a bit.

any help is greatly appreciated.

I tried that method, but it seems to cater to VISA processes only, not CBRA.

What method? I have yet to have any of my question go unanswered using one of the below from that link, matter of fact i just received an email inquiring about a CRBA question I had only took two days.

The Embassy's main telephone number is (63 2) 301-2000. If you are an American citizen with an emergency, dial 0 to speak with the operator.

To speak with the Special Consular Services team during normal business hours (7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.), dial extension 2246 or extension 2567.

To speak with the Citizenship and Passport team, please dial 2532 (citizenship inquires) or 2555 (passport inquries) between 2:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. daily.

To send us a fax, dial (63 2) 301-2017.

You can also send us an email to acsinfomanila@state.gov. Please allow one to three business days for a response.

The telephone number for the Consular Agency in Cebu is (63 32) 231-1261. To send the Agency a fax, dial (63 32) 231-0174. To contact the Agency by email, use amconsularcebu@bayandsl.com.
