Called USCIS today and they confirmed my NOA1 date of 02/14/07.

CASE COMPLETE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was completed on March 14, but we have found out about it yesterday (thru automated phone message).

I am not sure what to do now. I will have an interview for K-3 probably next week and I am not sure how long will I have to wait for CR-1 interview.

I will probably take K-3 because I do not want to wait couple more months to be with my husband.

I just called the NVC to check on my I-130 (to see if CSC actually sent it or not) and guess what??? :dance: My I-130 has a case number assigned to it!! :dance: I'm in shock since most of you guys had your I-130 held in favor of the I-129F. Still today my I-129F is still pending at CSC. I can't believe it!! I guess this sort of cancels out the I-129F right? Should I care about the I-129F at this point? I rather have the I-130.

Finally our I130 was approved. The mail was sent out in 3/22. Please update my status. Now I am looking forward for the next phase. Hope it will be smooth and also hope that all the others who are still waiting will get their approve soon.
