I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the

notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

This seems to be a pattern. I can only conclude that if your I-130 and I-129F are BOTH at the same processing center in either VSC or CSC, then the approval may be given together?

Either way, THANK YOU GOD!!!!!!!!

Congrats again :) I'm actually hoping my K3 doesn't get approved right now b/c I'm worried it will interfere with my I130 being sent off to the NVC :) Never would have imagined I'd be hoping NOT to be approved! lol

Yeah...I am a bit curious about that too. Both of them were approved the same day, with the I-130 approval first (that e-mail came first).

Guess I will wait for the NOA2 for the I-130 to come through to see if it has some instructions about the 824 in it somewhere. I have no problem with the K3...the wife and I want to be toegther...but am wondering if the CR-1 would be forwarded to London anyways due to it being the first approved, not the K3.

I just sent my last packet to NVC yesterday and they should of recieved it today. So hopefully they will aprove it in 2 to 4 weeks! :dance: Then its off to Kingston. Yippee!! :D

09 Sept 06 - 2ND TOUCH (a Saturday)

09 Mai 07 - NOA2 (2 e-mails)

Note: were told the long delay due to huge backlog and internal changes in VT

NVC :

04-June-07 - NVC generates DS-3032 & AOS bill

12-June-07 - AOS Bill payment sent/ alien receives DS-3032 form (by mail, dated 4th June)

13-June-07 - Alien sends back completed DS-3032 (by mail)/ rcvd 19th of June approx.

To mid July-07 - I-864 form sent completed and IV fee bill

19-July-07 NVC rcv I-864 form; mail signature rcvd.

22-Aug-07 Ds-230 with documents sent to NVC.

20-Sep - 07 Alien sends NVC Missing document. NVC receives it the 25th.

05-Oct - 07 NVC completed.

16-Jan - 08 Interview, 3 questions asked, visa approved same day, received 1week later approx.

Note: delay due to internal delay, missing document (not rfe) and self procrastination of understanding some abstract terms. C Post not at all reliable (delivery duration, delivery with signature (did not deliver personnaly), and delivery of interview letter rcvd after the interview).

In USA:

Any other vermonters there??

i'm still here too. nothing new with our case either. it's frustrating. especially because we have a wedding with family planed up for next summer.... with deposits paid. what if i can't make it on time because i still have no visa? i thought about calling VSC to ask how long it might take. or get it transfered to the embassy here like isabel did it with her case.

hi just got the email we got the I130 approved on dec 12th only took 171 days. But i think i have to do k3 as we never did kids I130's yet because we thought there was a major time difference between the 2 unless there is a way around it?
