INFO Pass tomorrow at 7:30am, I am not going to get my hopes up because i have heard these appointment's are useless. But only god knows if i will actually obtain any useful info from this. This process is designs to separate the real marriages from the fake. What they might know but obviously don't care about is the fact that marriage is hard enough in its self without having long distances in between, especially when there are children involved. Life is really difficult right now, I hope god can hear my prayers and give me some type of good luck tomorrow...

I have just came back from my INFO Pass appointment with my heart crushed into pieces. Any hopes i had of having my case approved any time soon has gone down the drain. I was told that my case is not priority and they have more then 5,000 cases in front of mine. Right now my case is sitting on some shelf collecting dust while ppl that are already here with there families, that have been here for years get put first so that they can become legal immigrants and pay taxes to this corrupt nation that gives a ###### about their citizens or the ppl that paid their dues to be here. They shouldn't get priority if anything they should reprimanded for entering this country illegally, not put first in front of those of us are doing things right by the book.

Last I checked, your NY field office was not for illegal approvals so your rant is a little over the top.

The field offices are for things like adjustment of status (which is not illegal) as well as other perfectly legal things.

We've already put in an e request but received no answer yet... Don't be so sad, the wait will be over eventually, and all this will look silly to all of us after a couple of years :) Try to be strong and keep yourself busy :star:

I wish you the best of luck and thank you for your kind words.. Its just hard when you have a baby that is growing in front of your eyes every day and doing amazing things and his father cant be apart of it as well. And then when we he finally sees him for a few days he is a complete stranger to him because he doesn't now him. It's hard and depressing for any parent to feel like a complete stranger to your child. But i will have to keep my head up for the three of us. Thanks again
