hi all VJ members

we file the petition last February 05 2013 then it was approved last then i got a letter from us embassy last march 06 2013 that we are approved we got our case number for me and my son including with the packet says that i need to fill out the readiness of the applicant and ds 230 form part one i sent it back last march 08, 2013 my question is do i have to wait for our appointment letter or i have to wait for them to send it to us. or if i am going to online appointment how to make one for my son? we are applying for IR1 & IR2 do i have to set up his own email account???

Did you email the DS 230 to them or send it via courier? If you have the MNL number you should be able to go online and make your own appointment.

yah i did its via courier but how about for my son??

Was there one petition or two different ones? Does the approval letter have yours or your sons name on it? Did you file at the Embassy in Manila (DCF)? I thought you had to file I-130 in person there. Anyways, if it was only one letter and one petition, I would say only one appointment. If there were two different applications then I would call the embassy and ask.

it was 2 one for me and one for my son. yes me and my hubby went to manila to file the petition and both approved so i went to online appointment website i can't make for 2 person in one application....or formsss
