Vermont is waaay past 7 months now. I filed K1 in late June 2012 (vermont), got an RFE (for an updated G325) on Jan 28, 2013. That's 7.23 months. The RFE adds 30-60 days to the process. Still waiting for a response on the RFE for - now at 35 days and counting. ARGH!!

Maybe we should call the CSC more often, let them know that we are not happy :)

Curious. Would an organized call-in day work? It's an idea at least. Even if it didn't work, it might make me feel better as we continue to wait! :)

well i have been waiting for over 9 months for Vermont. as far as i can tell it's a roll of the dice.

Vermont is almost caught up now, less than 7 months for most.

For K1's, yes!

And seeing that the OP is a K1, this is the correct answer.

I know it hasn't helped you out yet with your long wait, but VSC has picked up the speed the past few weeks for I-130's.

Hope you here something soon.

I'm a bit confused - we're in CSC turf and filed an I-751 through CSC. Didn't look to see who the NOA1 was from, and now I'm at work and don't have it handy. Anyway, the biometrics appointment letter came today - from VSC! So is CSC offloading some work to VSC as well, without telling anyone?
