Yea I kinda dont see the point in this company. As the above poster mentioned you gather all the info yourselves and you pay them just to mail it for you. Oh and they probably provide the envelope. Pretty expensive mail service

Over the course of reading people'e experiences on this site I have seen this company mentioned several times. Some claim it has helped some say it has not.

For me YES! I have them since my greencard process 5 yrs ago then am currently using them for my k1 petition for my fiance. They are very good and i can ask them anything regarding my visa concern. For me its all worth it. Its really up to u.

It still cheaper compare hiring lawyers that will cost u atleast 1 thousand.

i guess if i understood what 'help' means, in your context, I could probably make an attempt at some answer.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Why pay for a service that you can perform yourself. It is the same aas hiring a lawyer. What would be the benefit?????

Don't let the name rapidvisa fool you. They can't process it any faster than you. That is up to the service centers.

Aps where is your fiance, or you? I only ask because some of the areas are better with information than others. The original filing for K1 on the US side is a cake walk. I've only dealt with immigrations 2 times, with lawyers it was bad and many mistakes. So far doing it myself I have had no mistakes and things have been smooth knock on wood. You will have to wait same as everyone else, unless you know someone high up and are willing to use your get out of jail free card, nobody can get it processed faster.

Hmm that should be pretty easy, same language I would imagine there is some support in Australian forum. I know for sure I would have made mistakes if I had not used the local Philippines forum. In the end there is a bit of luck to it. I noticed some information missing on some forums after I got approval, they could have done an RFE for more information and held up the process. It's a lot of money, I'd use the lawyers money on flights to see your significant other more often.

Then sssoooooo not worth it!

Basically any agency or attorney will ask you for all the information for the forms. They will fill in the forms based on the information you provide (and it's not uncommon to have mistakes). They can help you with what evidence to include, but therein lies the use of this, and other, websites.

If you have the time to do it yourself, to sit down, complete the forms, check your evidence, use a photocopier, write a cheque... there is no reason to pay a service to do it for you.

Since it looks like you came from Aus to US mind if I ask what evidence you included? We have a TON but I don't want to over do it. I would like to send in as much as I can though to avoid a RFE.

Thanks a bunch,

A.

For the I-129F "proof of meeting" we sent a copy of my passport stamp and bio page (it was my UK passport), copies of ticket stubs, itinerary and a couple of photos.

We didn't send any proof of relationship because it's not required at this stage. They only need to see that you've met in person in the last 2 years.

Heck at my interview for the K1 I took heaps of evidence and they didn't look at even ONE piece of paper.

If you want to send in some stuff, go ahead, but it's not needed for a low-fraud country.
