Hey Guys I am getting ready to send the AOS package for my husband. I have form copy DS-3025 (Vaccination Record) for my husband is it necessary to send I-693 (Part I) of is the DS-3025 form by itself just fine. Please let me know and thanks in advance for your help.

Also here's my checklist please let me know if your think i should include anything else.

I-485 Adjustment of Status

• Medical Exam.

• Marriage Certificate

• Copy of Form I-94

Moved from K-1 process to AOS forums from family based visas as the OP is applying for AOS not another K-1.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

What does his DS-3025 say? Any missing vaccines?

(a little outdated, you are right, total is $1,070 right now).

For the I-485, you must include a copy of his birth certificate (translated in english certified, if in another language) AND a copy of his passport, not "or".
