form 134 support

hello all

I am confused about question 9 and 10. I had submitted before this form 134 to someone and a visa petition but every thing was cancelled and that someone didnt come to usa. so they are not valid anymore do i still have to write them?

It would help if you listed the actual questions so we didn't have to go hunt for a copy of the form to answer you.

At a guess, without seeing the exact wording, if the previous person's visa was never approved, you did not previously sponsor; if it was approved but they never sued it, you did.

question 9: I have previously submitted affidavit of support for the following person , if none state ''none.

my question in case that person never got visa and nevet come to us do i still have to write the name?
