We are ready to file the green card application. We just wanted to check whether our cover letter looks complete:

Please kindly find enclosed concurrent filing of forms: Concurrent Filing of I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative), I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status), I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization), and I-131 (Application for Travel Document)

Contents include:

1. Check in the amount of US$420 for I-130

2. Check in the amount of US$1,070 for I-485 plus biometric fee

3. Form G1145 E-Notification of application/petition acceptance

4. I-130 Petition For Alien Relative, and supporting documents as listed below:

* Copy of US Citizen's unexpired US passport

* Copy of US Citizen’s certificate of naturalization

* Copy of marriage certificate

* Copy of beneficiary’s notarial birth certificate and certified translation

* G325A signed by US Citizen, and continuation sheet

* G325A signed by beneficiary, and continuation sheet

* Passport photo of US Citizen

* Passport photo of beneficiary

* Evidence of Bona fide Marriage:

- Copy of birth certificate of our child

- Copy of joint bank account opening document

- Copy of joint rental leases

5. I-485 Application To Register Permanent Residence Or Adjust Status (and continuation sheet), and supporting documents as listed below:

* Copy of beneficiary’s passport's biographical page

* Copy of beneficiary’s passport page with nonimmigrant visa and entry stamps

* Copy of beneficiary’s I-94 form (front and back)

* Copy of beneficiary’s notarial birth certificate and certified translation

* G325A signed by beneficiary, and continuation sheet

* Two (2) passport-type pictures of beneficiary

* I-693 Medical Examination (completed by Civil Surgeon in sealed envelope)

* I-864EZ Affidavit of Support, and supporting documents as listed below:

- Copy of Petitioner’s IRS tax return transcript for the year 2012

- Copy of letter from Petitioner’s employer verifying employment and income

6. I-765 Application For Employment Document, and supporting documents as listed below:

* Copy previous employment authorization card (front & back)

* Copy of passport and I-94

* Two (2) Passport-type photos

7. I-131, Application for Travel Document, and supporting documents as listed below:

* Copy of passport and I-94

* Copy of I-20

* Two (2) Passport-type photos

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and we understand that we may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.

Nice! Interesting, I saw you reply to many of my posts and now only you are submitting!

This looks like exact copy of my cover letter.

One thing I would add more bona fide evidences if you can (utilities if joint, reception and wedding pictures, medical insurance if joint, same with car insurance..)

Is this the way most cover letters looks like? Can I ise something similar?

03/15/2013 - Got married in NYC City Hall!Received marriage license on the same day.

03/30/2013 (Day 0) - Sent in I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131

04/03/2013 (Day 4) - Package received in Chicago

04/10/2013 (Day 11) - NOA 1 text(s) and emails received.

04/15/2013 (Day 16) - Biometrics appointment letter for the 7th of May 2013.

04/22/2013 (Day 23) - Successful Biometrics walkin Varick Street, NY

04/30/2013 (Day 31) - I-485 case status updated to testing and interviewing. Still no updates on EAD or AP

05/07/2013 (Day 38) - Biometrics appointment

06/07/2013 (Day 69) - EAD updated to Card production. AP updated to Post Decision Activity.

06/15/2013 (Day 77) Recieved EAD/AP combo card

07/10/2013 (Day 102) Received first interview appointment
08/10/2013 (Day 132) Interview (which we rescheduled because I was out of the country at the time of the interview)

08/24/2013 (Day 146) Notification that our interview has been successfully rescheduled

11/25/2013 (Day 239) New Interview date: 16th of December 2013

12/16/2013 (Day 260) INTERVIEW! - Approved on the spot, will have green card within a few months
