Dr. Hesham El Boraolosy

Dr. Eman Roshdy

Address:

Al Sherouk Hospital

5, Bahr El Gazal Street

Ahmed Orabi, Cairo

Telephone numbers:

33044901- 33044892

Working hours

Saturday through Thursday

10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

This second one told him to come in between 10am and ? anytime to be seen. He went Sunday. They took his papers and pictures and told him to have a seat... ended up taking 2 hours and him bugging the only front desk person before she asked if he had given her his passport yet. He hadn't because they told him they'd call him up. *eyeroll*

Less than 10 minutes after that they called him for the basic physical and health history questioning. Then it was back to the front desk who sent him down to Xray. They said they'd do it as soon as they had a machine, and they took his papers. An hour later, he was still sitting there while others had come after him and gone long ago. Again they grabbed his papers and miraculously found a machine empty.

Back to the front desk who sends him somewhere else downstairs to get some vaccination stuff. They actually gave him the needles. (O.o <-- this is the face of someone who works in the medical field here) The send him back up stairs to the vaccination woman, who is nowhere to be found for some time while the front desk person searches for her. They finally find her in the vaccination area doing absolutely nothing. Vaccination goes quickly.

Back to the front desk he goes, and is sent on his way to a nearby lab for blood work. This part is very quick, in and out. They said 7-10 days are needed to get the results and packet ready.

hope that helps for anyone curious...

UPDATE:

They said 7-10 days to get the results. At 10 days they said "the doctor had 3 days off so she is delayed in reviewing the cases My husband stresses the fact that his interview is only days away. It will be ready NO LATER than Saturday." Saturday is a full 2 weeks since DH's exam. After spending the morning (Saturday) there trying to get his results, they are still not ready. "They'll be ready by tomorrow," says 'they.'

alhamdulillah.
