My I-130 was approved on March 29th and is still not at NVC. I sent a scanned copy to research@NVC and got the standard return email that they are checking with USCIS. My husband is the petitioner and when he was here we called USCIS and spoke to a tier 2 rep. He said he was unable to tell if it had left the service center yet and put in a request to have it sent. He then gave me some long a$$ confirmation number to use if I need to call back. Has anyone else received a confirmation number from USCIS? I've haven't seen it mentioned on any of the threads yet. I can't call them back because they will only talk to the petitioner and since my husband is not here anymore he can't give them permission to talk to me. My next step is to get my husband to contact his congressman. I'm so frustrated!!!
