I want to find the fine line between, "If she got that drunk at a party, she had it coming," and "Unless you have a signed affidavit, duly notarized and witnessed, that she is of sound mind, and gives you revocable consent to have sex in the manner designated at the time and place of her choosing, that is rape."

Funny this is posted today, the wife was drunk last night and well you can guess. But she said are you going to rape me? I asked back is this rape?
