I-90 Application Location

My wife and myself are working on her I-90 Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card and on Part 3 it is asking for "Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status:".

We are unsure if they are asking for the location where we mailed our initial application form or something else. Either of which we are unsure of and need to figure out how we can obtain this information.

Any assistance is appreciated!

From the Form I-90 Instructions, Part 3. Processing Information:

"3. Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status.

List the location of the U.S. Embassy or consulate or USCIS office where you filed your application for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status."

Sounds like they just want the location of where you initially filed your application for immigrant visa or AOS.

Are you sure that is the form that you want? From your timeline, you should be filing for AOS from K-1 visa. Follow the Guides for more information.
