i have emailed the DS3032 and it was accepted, we also mail the AOS documents that has not been accepted yet, we have payed the IV fees on march 13, 2013, but we haven't received anything fr NVC yet. my questions is, is it true that i the beneficiary will have to mail the IV form DS 230 with other documents such as police record fr my address her in Jamaica or my wife can mail it?

Reviewing of the AOS documents can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Since you just paid the IV invoice, it will take a few days to clear and show up as PAID.

The beneficiary has to complete and sign/date part I of DS-230, complete part II but keep it unsigned. The beneficiary has to provide civil documents along with DS-230 (such as original/certified marriage certificate, original divorce decree(s) if any, passport size photos of beneficiary with name/case #/DOB written on back, photocopy of biographic data page in beneficiary's passport, and police certificate clearance). Also, include the barcode coversheet you can print from the payment portal. All of this is the IV packet. It does not matter where the IV packet will be mailed from, as long as NVC receives it.

I have read other threads where the petitioner mailed the paperwork in, however, they had to collect everything from the beneficiary in order to send it in.

It doesn't matter who mails it in. The ds-230 must be filled out and part 1 signed (cannot be a photocopy or a scanned copy... Must be original). Either person can mail it.
