HI vj,

I need little help to clarify the ds 230 package. After paying the IV fees, NVC instructions require application to turn in ds-230 package including all civil documents. Does anyone know if you send the ds 230 package directly to the NVC at address below or do get the ds 230 package from the Ho Chi Minh Consulate? I already called the NVC and told to send in the package before the NVC forward my parents IR5 case to HCM. is this true? Thanks

Yes nvc required all documents to reviewed before forward your case to the consulate. If you don't they will not schedule your case for interview. My friends petition his parent too and NVC requested all civil and d's 230 submitted to them
