Hey guys,

I filed a joint I-751 in November 2012 and have done the biometrics. I left the country to visit my home in February and i came back 3 weeks later. My husband has become so emotionally abusive. When i was back home he threatened me that we would be seeing a lawyer when i get back here. But he did not do that. All he does is just call me names, i cant even tell him anything. He secretly opened a bank account and transferred all the money we had in our joint account. I only found this out today. Now Im stuck in a situation, without any money. We work together and get paid with one check.

I feel that he has pushed me to the edge and I want a divorce. What will happen to my I-751 because its still pending?

Can I convert that into a waiver and at what point can i do this?

If i move to another state, where is the interview likely to be?

I have gathered the following evidence, kindly let me know what else to add:-

Tax returns & transcripts 2010,2011, 2012

Various joint account statements

Car title in both names

Joint auto insurance

Drivers licence showing same address

Various pictures with family members taken at different locations

Cellphone bill in both our names

Some checks in both our names from IRS

A few mails showing both our names

Kindly advise me how to go forward. Im really on the edge and I cant continue living like this anymore.

Thanks everyone.
