A "terrorist state" means that the state sponsors terrorism. According to the U.S. Department of State there are only five state sponsors of terrorism: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.

While there may be terrorists that come from Morocco, Morocco is NOT a terrorist state.

To Hanna:

Casablanca is one of the hardest Consulates to go through. Morocco is known as a high fraud country as far as immigration goes. I know that you only want responses about how to expedite a case but you really need to focus on the fact that you are going through Casa. You said no where does it say you have to have known eachother for x amount of time well the Consulate may not give that as a reason for denial but they sure will use it as a reason to question the validity of your relationship and send your case straight back to USCIS making your wait very long.

I would reccomend spending time in the ME/NA forum reading reading reading and asking lots of questions about interviews in Casa. Like someone said before you cannot expedite security checks after the interview. That can take days, weeks, and even months. They are also very common and you would be lucky to leave the COnsulate having to wait for a name check rather than a denial.
