Has anyone ever had any success filing an expidited fiance visa case?

I'm not sure you'd want to expidite in your situation. According to your timeline, you've met quite recently. We had a recent case of a VJ member going through Morocco who had met her fiance online in May, met him in person in June or July, and then was interviewed in October. The consular denied them. One of the reasons was that they didn't believe the validity of the relationship, because they hadn't known each other long enough (If I remember correctly).

That was me but we meet through family, not online. Wait time is I guess important but I thin it is more to do with the time you meet before you filed.

Ahh, sorry, I forgot the exact specifics of your case. We haven't heard any updates from you in awhile. How are you doing? Have you gotten some congresspeoples involved in your case?

I just keep to myslef now becuase of what happend last time. I shoudl have done like the other lady and not said nothing.

I dont think that they were such thing as "expedite" if there is..... we could have been choose to be expidited not unless your fiancee is from the military. I think they are entitled to such privilege.

I'm certainly not going to insult your intelligence, but...Casa is a VERY difficult consulate from all I've read here. The fact is, you haven't known this person very long and you're already inquiring about an expedite? Go ahead...file for one. See what happens. Most likely you will get denied. There are those who've tried to tell you that. Most of the ones you scoff at are ones that really do know what they're talking about. I don't personally believe that Morocco is a terrorist state, but as others have stated, Casa is known for looking for possible red flags in a relationship. They do look at the time frame of when you met, how long you've known each other, that sort of thing.

Another thing...this IS a public forum. You WILL get all sorts of opinions and comments. You have to expect that and wade through it all. Maybe you need to go to the Regional Forum and chat with some of the ladies in the ME/NA forum...the ones that are going through Casa. Or not. The decision is ultimately yours as to what you want to do. Good luck though.

Thank you Karencee for your comment. Please read the original post! It said, who has ever filed an expidited fiance visa application. What was the outcome..rather denied or approved. That was the question. I filed it that way. In one of my previous post, i never stated the reason why i wanted it expedited. Everything just jumped to conclusions. I also stated in another post that irregardless if accepted or not, we had nothing to lose. Casa is conservative. I have heard that from a lot of people here. Either way conservative or not, we will be together. So that will neither detour us or make us think that since we have known each other just over 6 months that it will not be approved.

I have done tons and tons of research. I have direct numbers to the people at the consulate in casa. No where does it state that you have to knoe your fiance for a certain number of years or months. Everything for us is in order and will be handled accordingly at Casa.
