Look, you met your fiance only 5 months ago & appears you didn't meet in the flesh until not even 2 months ago. Sympathy will be hard to find here.

PLus you gave no valid reason why your case should be expedited.

Again we'd really need more details - just based on what you told us?? No. You have to have a VALID reason why it HAS to be expeditied...otherwise you'll wait in line like everyone else.

You are petitioning in a country that is already difficult and high fraud, so I wouldn't push it. The poster that Rahma was referring to had ALL THE SAME PROOF you did - phone logs, chat logs, all that - and STILL Got denied...

You should really have a read around the ME/NA forum to see exactly what you are up against in Casa.

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!

 They also shared the same religion, and were both serious about their faith.

Casa loves to look for red flags. It's a red flag to meet and apply for a fiance visa petition so quickly. Asking to expedite would add another red flag.

I know it won't make you feel any better - but you aren't the first, and wont' be the last, to post this question. We ALL look furiously for reasons that our case should be expedited when we start this process. Then the sucky reality sinks in.

Get ready for the wait and try to think of it as a chance to get to know your fiance. Hope you can get a few LONG visits in during the wait.

Joey

And so he did what countless punk-rock songs had told him to do so many times before: he lived his life

10/07/2006 WEDDING DAY!

11/14/2006 AOS packet made it to 'the box' after being overnighted.

12/02/2006 Paul had biometrics

12/14/2006 AOS Forwarded to CSC AND AP Application approved.

01/17/2007 First touch of 2007 at CSC

01/20/2007 Touched AGAIN (also the 18th) come on...

February: Oops, RFE for a REGISTERED marriage certificate. Oops! Overnighted it.

02/28/2007 Paul gets email letting us know his GREENCARD is on it's way! It's done...for now!

03/09/2007 Paul's greencard arrives. And breathe...

We began with mailing the I-129 in on February 27, 2006 so the whole process took us approx. one year.

Good luck out there!

I do not think i asked for sympathy from anyone..my question only pertained to people that filed an expidited case..and if it was accepted or not..the reasons why we filed our case that way is personal..someone replied that having been pregnant proves we had sex..but why would you only comment on that part of the message..why not also say sine we communicate on messenger 3-4 hours a day ..that only proves that we talk but no not prove relationship..it was a silly response to all of what we have done to establish a relationship..but only the being pregnant part do people want to make a mockery of..sad people..oh and we met six months ago

For those of you that answered the question like joey, etc. i appreciate your sincere response and knowledge..thank you

If you won't tell the reason you need it expedited, there's no way for anyone here to judge whether you have a shot. The successfully expedited cases here have generally been military.

As to proof of relationship, yes, e-mails, phone calls, photographs of the two of you together and chat logs are acceptable. Proof of pregnancy isn't; all that proves is that you've been pregnant.

Were I you, I'd check the guides and the ME/NA forum, as the Casablanca consulate can be tricky to navigate, especially for a couple that hasn't known each other very long.

i would just like to tell you about our "proof of relationship" we have been together for 3 yrs sent in photos letters emails phone logs etc we also have 2 children together ( which are in the petitioners name) and they still sent an rfe for more evidence of a relationship! so i would say have longer visits enjoy your time together gathering evidence and building your relationship up as you never know what they may ask you for .

Just be aware that even if your case is expedited to the consulate, Casa is not likely to give an early interview date. In addition, your fiance will have no control over AP...background checks done through Washington. Some people get their visa in weeks, other's months after AP. Case in point:

It's a ####### shoot. Swing over to the ME/NA forum for more about Casa.
