Hello everyone

I am filling out the ds-230 for my filapina wife, she has 3 children all under 16 years of age. I have compleated the AOS fee payment and that covered the 3 children as well. I am ready to submit the I-864's and also I-864 from my joint sponsor along with supporting documentation.

my question is: do I need to fill out ds-230's for each child? or only coppies of the principle applicant (my wife)? also I understand the fee of the ds-230 is $230.00 usd, will the fee be times 4 because of the children?

Hi! With regards to your queries, yes for all. You need to prepare ds-230 for each person that you are petitioning. also you have to pay for each individual. That means 4 people including the principal applicant.

Also you need the AOS for each person. You only pay the fee once, but everyone needs needs their own I-864 and supporting documents.

I have already paid the AOS fees and have reciepts.

so do I send in the ds-230's at the same time as the I-864's? or only the 864's at this time? and wait again?

You can only send in the IV packets once that is also invoiced and paid. Of the AOS is showing paid you can send in the I-864. Remember that each needs their own set of documents.
