I checked the website via my cellphone while i was at work and this is what i saw...

Post Decision Activity

On March 14, 2013, we mailed a notice to you reaffirming the approval of this case and returned the case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

i just hope the embassy doesnt try anything else. iw ill be back in egypt when he has to go back to the embassy. i willbe outside waiting with him.

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

we still cant believe it...lol

he just jumping for joy there. seems everything i sent them proved us right.

now all i do is wait to hear from NVC.

do you know if it will be another interview or straight to visa issuing???

if anyone knows the steps...please let me know.

and my friend i got u and all other vj'ers to thank for helping me too to be patient. i asked Allah everyday for patience and something good.

i am on the edge of my seat....lol

USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).
