They really need to update the sheet they send out with packet 3 instead of just crossing things out here and there.

I'm wondering how long it will take for them to actually fix the form with all the current info. Or is it their way of delaying people without seeeming like they are delaying people??

We were wondering if it's necessary to do the I-134 for Casablanca. I've read several embassy reviews and other posts, etc. that say the interviewer never asked for the affidavit of support, and when mybackpages uploaded the papers sent to her fiance, the affidavit of support was marked out. Should we do one if it's marked out on my fiance's papers or no?

I didn't send it. maybe I am taking a chance. some people are sending it just in case. One USC was in Casablanca last month when her fiance was having the interview. She took the 1-34 to the ocnsulate to try to get in and have it notarize. They turned her away saying they do not require this form any more.

ETA: My fiance's form that I uploaded was not the first form I saw with it marked out. Someone else ere uploaded it several weeks ago.

My SIL had her interview on Dec. 20. In addition to the documents listed in Packet 3, Casa now requires a court ordered police report and "celebetaire(sp?)" document stating that you are single and eligible to marry, which she had. However, she and another woman were the only ones and everyone else was sent home. The affidavit of support(I-134) is no longer requested.

Okay I know payment for the visa is not longer done at the consulate itself, so who knows exactly how and where payment is made? Can my fiance pay it the day before the interview? He will get a receipt right? and he brings that to the interview?

:help: Interview 5 days away!

Wow, that's news to me. I'm wondering why the Consulate doesn't take the money anymore and who you're supposed to pay? Weird!

Come on MBP we're rooting for you!

Te consulate website says any branch of BMCI (except for two in Casa) My question is does it have to be a branch in Casa or can he pay in Erfoud? AND who does he say he wants to pay? I guess the bank would know what do to? arrggghhhhh
