I remember when I first joined VJ, I asked, on more than 1 occasion, should I send in more than what they ask for with the oringinal petition. If I had known that there was even the smallest possibility that the cases are predetermined, I would have sent it all in the first time.

Limah (L)(F)

that has always been my advice. but those who breeze through interviews, say this is the best way to go.

i think if YOU THINK there could be any questionable issues, hey send in all the info you have. how can it hurt?? it can only help establish your case as far as I am concerned.

from my reading i got the impression you SHOULD send more than they ask for in the initial petition...

so i did. phone records, bank statements, photos, emails, msn chat logs, you name it.

hopefully that will help and they made their decision to approve my fiance already! sigh :)

good!

you see the problem is not with USCIS, it is with DOS...ie the consulate. by establishing beyond a reasonable doubt that you do indeed have a valid relationship to USCIS, it is hoped the consulate will agree and issue the visa.

one question....our process has been really fast so far *knocks on wood*

and you need to put added support of a continued relationship in with the packet when he goes to his interview...

since its only been 2 months since i've even applied, is that necessary? does he need to print out more emails/chats? he does, however, have new pictures of my visit to morocco last week, my itinerary, my boarding pass, etc. is that enough? or should i tell him to go ahead and print out emails/chats too? and what about this past month's phone bill? thanks ladies :)

the big question for you is>>>

do you have any issues that the CO would question? like the red flags? any?

we're both around the same age, i met him in person (not online, if that even matters?), been back to see him four times under a year, lots of photos, lots of proof we've met, photos with his family, i'm not obese or unattractive, he has no family or friends in the us, i've never sent him money, ummmm what else is there?

Of course one never knows, but in my honest humble opinion, I don't think you guys have anything to be worried about.

Jen you don't have any red flags. I would go ahead and print or send anything you can to show proof leading up to the interview though. Better safe than sorry. You want to prove your relationship is ongoing since you filed, and since you saw him last so send everything.

You'll be just fine. If Abdelilah ever wants to talk to Hicham let me know,

YES! the more update your evidence is the better! They may not look at it, but if they want it you have it. I sent some phone records from my end as PDF files that could be printed. The second trip is the best evidence of coourse.

My ffiance (now husband!) was asked do youhave anything you want to show me? This would be his chance to show everything current and emphasize the second trip. I think that will help you since the petition cleared VSC so quickly.

you sound good to go!!!

if you would feel better providing more info that was not included with you original petition, do so. the more proofs the better. the CO may never look at them, but it is always wise to have them.
