my cousin's wife had her 2nd interview on 3/15 but she was gaven 221g, which i have attached here, was told she needs to send in new 864/864a for the co-sponsor at vfs office along with her passport. Does this mean she will get the visa once she sends the 864/864a in ?

Got Ohio Permit: 10/31/08, Took the test, Failed. Retest 11/1/08 Failed, Retest 11/4/08 Passed, Got her license, no road test required in Ohio, she had international license!

Timeline

There's no guarentee, but if they told her she needs to turn in those documents, then that's the reason she wasn't given the visa. I would get that info to the office ASAP. As soon as they get it and process it, they should contact her to pick up her passport (with new visa in it). good.gif
