The Consulate replied to me e-mail:

"Good morning-

Your case is pending additional administrative processing. When the processing is complete, we will contact you. If you would like an update, please contact the Visa Information Service at +39 069 936 6531.
Thank you,
IV Naples"
Note you pay 15 euros to get an update on your case using that number.
I emailed the National Visa Center instead and waiting now on their reply..

The consulate sent me another e-mail today, which is pretty much the same as the one posted.

"Good Morning,

Your case is still pending for additional processing. We will notify you as soon as it has been completed.
Regards,
IV Unit
Naples, Italy"
Also status updated, current date: 2-may-2013

Thanks for the email address.

Did they write you back?.

Also today I have called the Visa Information Center, paid 15 Euros to get information on my Visa and the process, they did not know anything but they immediately e-mailed the US Consulate with my info, demanding answers about our case and the lady told me to keep the phone on and check emails regularly because, she said it might be possible, for them to call me and tell me to go for a second interview (she said it's a possibility) or that they will tell me (this is what I think it's going to happen) that my case still needs more administrative processing. But still I will hear from the Consulate directly and not from the Visa Information Service.

I'll keep you updated.

Still no contacts from the Consulate... I also emailed them, my case has been updated twice, yesterday and today but no emails or phone calls from them. Case is still under Admin Process.

Did you get some answers SHUSS from your emails?
