hello guys.

i received my packet 3 last march 6 2013 with the case number but i still don't understand they said they are going to send us the appointment letter after i sent the readiness of the applicant. i am very nervous is it possible to get denied for the visa even though our i 130 was approved? by the way we lived together for 3 years or so here in the philippines and we file the petition in manila us embassy.

any help is very much appreciated.

thank you guys. god bless us all.

Congratulations! on your appproval.

I130 approval and via approval are two different things. You submit your petition to over one at USCIS statge and then you appear before the embassy to overcome the other challenge for a visa. It could go any way. You just have to get your stuff together, go in confident and do your best that day.

GOD has been WONDERFUL!!!

DCF'd I-130 process at Manila IV is a bit different, than all other IV units across the world,

as

YOU SET UP your own appointment online. Once you have done that, an appointment letter is generated, and it's electronic. You'll need to print that out, take it to the medical and other places plus use it on yer interview day to get into the Manila IV unit.

Ignore post #4, there is no NVC intake for you - all is handled with Manila IV, instead.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

they sent me this: what is this mean?

Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time. Otherwise, please wait until you have received interview scheduling instructions.

Please take the medical exam at St. Luke’s Extension Clinic in Manila at least one week before your interview. You are encouraged to register online at the St. Luke’s website: www.slec.ph prior to your medical exam. The medical exam may take more than one day to complete.

alas, it means exactly what it says.

Have you set up an online account yet, for scheduling or no ?
