I have a friend, Filipino citizen, currently under work visa in Canada and would want to apply for a tourist/ visit Visa to the USA for few weeks. What are the requirements? is she gonna apply for a B2 visa first? I will greatly appreciate your inputs. Have a nice day!:-)

B2 is the tourist visa.

Yes, she will apply for the B2 visa. She will need to call the closest US embassy to inquire about paying the visa fee and making an interview appt. However, please keep in mind that it is going to be very difficult for her to get a visitor's visa to the US. Just my opinion based on personal experience.
