Well I am two days away from being inducted into the 400 club which is absolutely rediculous. I have at this point done just about everything possible with no approval yet in sight. I did have an interview on February 6 with my local immigration office because they thought there was possible fruad which is not the case. The interviewer said she was going to approve the case and send it back to CSC for processing which could take up to 60 days. Yesterday I reluctantly called USCIS and the teir two rep lied out of her ars and told me under ten seconds that my file was still at the local office and hung up. We all know that they never look up info in the computer that fast. It is getting extremely difficult to maintain my cool having waited this long especially with being teased with approval from the interviewer. They need to just approve my file already this is getting absurd and the fact that they are treating a military member with over 12 years like this what has this country come to.

I'm sorry about this and hope and pray for you that you get your approval soon and be with your soulmate. I know these people got no heart at all because of they did, they would consider helping us all specially you that you are waiting this long. I really am sorry dear and just to pray that you get your approval soon :) my prayers are with you

Why would they think this? No matter who you are or how may years in the military, this will make life tough. I hope things work out for you, waiting (and feeling helpless) is miserable.

NOA 2. Really?

Unbelieveable, I would have gotten married and filed for CR1 by now.
