Hi everyone, my interview on the US Embassy Manila will be on March 25th and I'm almost ready. I only have to fill out the DS forms then makes sure I make a copy of everything then I'm good to go. I have our pictures printed out earlier today and I was just wondering how should I give them to my interviewer. Should I put them all in a plastic bag with labels at the back of each picture or should i paste them in a bondpaper and label them respectively? thanks. :)

i have a question that is in line with yours.. (sorry not heloping..)

can i just paste the pictures in a word doc, label them and print it?

Im not sure about that. I wanted to do that originally, but i read from somewhere here that the pictures should be printed by a company such as Kodak or something else like that.

see if you can fit three pictures in a plastic sheet.or you can print the pictures in color on reg copy paper leave room for the name and date, place.if you put the pictures in a album you will have to take the pictures out to show the io the album won't fit under the glass.

I brought mine in the Kodak folder they put pictures after printing. I wrote dates and locations on the back of each one. Didn't need any during the interview though

My wife had a 3-ring folder with plastic sleeves, she printed pictures out on bond paper, had the forms and pictures all in the sleeves ready for when they asked for them. Then pulled them out of the sleeves as things were asked for. 1st the Filipino pre-screener asked for documents and such, then asked a few questions of my wife and then asked me a few, then we chatted some. 2nd the CO asked to see pictures and asked more questions of both of us and we also chatted some before he said we could go sit down. We had only been sitting for a couple minutes when he called my wife back to the window as he had forgot to asked her the "intent to marry" question ... he was funny as he apologized for forgetting. Guess we were having too much fun just chatting and he got distracted from his check list.

ok. thanks for all the help guys. so here's what i'm gonna do, i'll paste the printed pictures in a bondpaper 3 pics each then label them accordingly. I'll give them 15 photos. would that be enough or too much? haha. i have a presentation folder for everything. I hope everything goes well on my interview. Im excited and pretty nervous at the same time. haha

I put all the pics in a Word document with labels/dates underneath & printed them out for Kathlene's interview and there was no problem. Since nearly everyone uses digital cameras now it shouldn't be a problem just to put everything in a document & print it that way. In fact, it may be easier for them to handle and no worries about pictures falling out or coming unglued.
