Hi everyone,

Some background info first :

I immigrated from France to the US in November 2005 after I got I got married with a US citizen living in Minnesota., We went through the DCF process, and everything went just fine. Right now I have a green card with a conditional resident status, which we will have to change to a permanent res. status in september 2007 (90 days before 2nd anniversary of my immigration).

Now my question :

We plan on going to France for 2 weeks in March or April 07, and as far as I know i might just need to show my french passport (which also have the stamp I recieved on my POE when I immigrated) and my green card to leave the US, enter in France, and leave France again to reinter the US after these 2 weeks?

Any one knows or had any issues if I just use those documents? Do I need to get some other paperwork done before I leave for my trip to france with my wife and her kids??

Any help or informations would be very welcomed :)

Thank You!

Actually, you would only need to show the French passport to enter France, and again (in tandem with GC) to re-enter US (which never checks anyone LEAVING the country). Only further paperwork required is your airticket.
