Vaccination record

Dear all,

The USCIS mailed me an interview appointment date which is in about 3 weeks from now.

I sent the Complete Vaccination form with sealed envelope in already when I mailed the AOS package. But my last Vaccination booster should be done this month which is March. Do I need to get another Vaccination from the clinic in order to bring it to the interview?

Thanks a lot. I have 2 vaccination appointment already.

How many time do you guys go for vaccination in Total?

Only the 1st in a series is required for AOS. If you have another done from a series before your interview bring the records of it, just in case. No need to see a civil surgeon again though.
