We sent our RFE almost two weeks now but our status on the website still show request for evidence... And our file is just Newark processing center .

Does that mean they have not receive it yet?

The status does not update when they get your RFE response. It only updates when you are approved or denied after sending the response.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

The status does not update when they get your RFE response. It only updates when you are approved or denied after sending the response.

Actually, that's not true. I indeed got a case update saying that they had received my RFE response and would be in touch within a month. I got my NOA2 the next day. Give it another week or two before getting too anxious. There's still time.

USC who lived in Manabí, Ecuador with hubby from 2009 - 2013. Hubby became a naturalized American citizen in August 2016. Currently living together in northern Virginia.
